The ages of Paul

With works from the Museo Casa Natal Picasso and from other institutional and private collections in Spain, the exhibition offers a chronological and stylistic journey through Picasso's work according to the stages that marked his life, from his formative years to those spent in the company of Jacqueline Roque: paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics and photographs serve to give the image of a timeless and permanently valid Picasso.

50 years after Picasso's physical disappearance, his figure and his artistic legacy are more present than then. His reputation as the quintessential creator of his century, the genius, the demiurge, have built up to make Picasso not only the greatest artist of his century, but one of the greatest, if not the greatest, in history. . For this reason, this exhibition celebrates the artist from his birthplace, the place where his journey of immeasurable greatness begins. Thus, through his different ages, his fundamental stages, this exhibition, with works all from Spanish collections, aims to show Picasso's vibrant ability to continue showing life and emotion.
