11th Todos Santos Film Festival

Todos Santos Film Festival (FCTS) (Festival de Cine de Todos Santos, FCTS) was established in 2004 by Sylvia Perel, director and founder of the San Francisco Latino Film Festival, California, with a group of keen film enthusiasts. The festival brings artistic and educational Latino films to Todos Santos, Pescadero and La Paz and also celebrates local and Mexican film culture. It shows a selection of the best and most recent fiction, documentary and short films of Latin America and Spain, with emphasis on Mexican and local cinema.

AC/E is collaborating with the festival through its mobility programme by supporting the participation of Esther Regina Soto, Javier Espada and Rafael Amargo.
