In Spain, the most innovative and experimental audiovisual sector is experiencing a real boom in terms of production, which has made the prestigious International Film Festival of Cali express its interest in featuring a representative of such cutting-edge cinematography at its third edition.
AC/E is cooperating with the festival in facilitating the presence of a representative of the Spanish producer Playtime Audiovisuales in the public debate on "The New Spanish Cinema", and also by introducing the experimental feature film True Love along with two one-hour programmes entitled La Realidad (“Reality”) and Videodanza02 (“Videodance02”).
This collaboration, also supported by the Spanish Embassy in Colombia, is in line with AC/E's policy of helping to showcase the work of contemporary Spanish artists by funding part of the expenses required for the temporary exhibition of their work at events overseas.
