Walter Benjamín. Constellations Walter Benjamin

Walter Benjamín. Constellations

Walter Benjamin (1892-1940) is one of the most influential philosophers within the complex web of contemporary thought. His is a privileged interpreter of the most characteristic transformations of our time (widespread commercialization, cognitive forms, the crisis of traditional historical experience…) and an essential reference point in critical thought, expanding beyond the academic sphere to extend into cinema, literature, architecture, plastic arts and music.

The exhibition Walter Benjamin. Constellations, organized by Spanish Cultural Action and the CBA (Circle of Fine Arts), and hosted by Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA), offers a contemporary approach to Benjamin's thinking from three different perspectives.
