One of the main venues for Baroque music in Germany is Thuringia Bach Festival. AC/E is collaborating with the festival by arranging a concert by countertenor Carlos Mena together with the group Forma Antiqva. On 27 March he will perform cantatas by Bach, Handel and Vivaldi in Eisenach / Georgenkirche, the cathedral of the Lutheran diocese in Thuringia, the Gothic church where Johann Sebastian Bach was baptised on 23 March 1685.
