The 19th edition of Tallin Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF) includes 550 feature-length films, documentaries, animated films and shorts for more than 75,000 attendees. The programme features several competition sections, notably those for animated films, shorts, and children’s and young people’s films.
The festival also supports the development of the film industry and its professionals through Industry@Tallinn, the biggest meeting of the European film industry during the winter season. Together with the Baltic Event Coproduction Market, the festival brings together more than 600 professionals from all over the world.
This year will feature a larger presence of films in Spanish and northern European market agents to foster coproduction between various countries. With this aim in mind, a large group of Spanish creators has been invited to attend this year’s festival with the support of AC/E’s Programme for the Internationalisation of Spanish Culture.
