The purpose of the Edinburgh-based organisation Vamos Scotland is to promote Spanish cultural creation in Scotland. Spanish Connection is a multidisciplinary event for Spanish musicians featuring networking, concerts and DJs. AC/E is collaborating with this year’s event by supporting the participation of the Spanish group Triángulo de Amor Bizarro.
Triángulo de Amor Bizarro made their debut in 2007 with an essential album and within a few months went from anonymity to being present at practically every festival organised in Spain and Portugal. Their album came out in Mexico and both the press and the public were captivated by its boldness and originality. They are now carving out a niche on the international scene and Vamos Scotland wishes to contribute to this effort with the support of AC/E by making them known in Scotland.
