Spanish Authors at the Word Alliance Literature Festivals 2015–2016

Following the satisfying experience with a few members of the Word Alliance Literature Festivals through AC/E’s Programme for Internationalisation, both organisations are collaborating on this project to boost the participation of Spanish authors at the festivals that make up the alliance.

Word Alliance brings together eight of the world’s most important literature festivals in an international strategic partnership that supports and showcases the work of writers, facilitates the creation of international literary projects and provides opportunities for improving each festival’s artistic programme.

AC/E’s collaboration provides a platform for access to an international circuit of proven quality in which to promote Spanish literature and where authors can even take part in several festivals. It thus facilitates the establishment of contacts with an international network, fostering the holding of future meetings and the stable presence of our writers at these events and accordingly broadening the horizons of the Spanish book sector.
