The Day of Spanish Cinema is celebrated one more year on October 6, the official day of the end of filming for the film 'Esa pareja feliz', a symbol of one of the brightest generations of filmmakers and performers in our country. Through different activities and more than 200 screenings in more than 90 locations, this celebration recognizes the role of filmmakers, and their influence and importance in the cultural and social life of our country, as well as the heritage value of our cinema.
Acción Cultural Española is collaborating in this celebration through its support for the restoration of the film ‘Canciones para después de una guerra' ('Songs for after a war') by Basilio Martín Patino, which is screened at the Spanish Cinema Day celebration event that takes place at the Cinema I gilded on Thursday, October 6.
