Spain Now! 2015

Spain Now! 2015

Spain NOW! is the season of contemporary art and culture from Spain that is held annually in London. Prominent among this year’s activities is a programme of debates on social and political strategies for urban and territorial activation developed by architects. Architects will take part in the debate along with British and Spanish experts whose practices are centred on developing urban strategies. The idea is to encourage the exchange of ideas and viewpoints between professionals of both countries. The programme also includes a performance developed especially for the occasion as part of the Saturday Talks programme organised for the Summer Pavilion of the Serpentine Galleries (25 June–18 October), which this year has been designed by the Spanish firm of architects SelgasCano.

Thanks to the AC/E Mobility grants, three Spanish architects are taking part in the event: Ethel Barahona PohlAurora Adalid of the Zuloark group and Gonzalo Herrero Delicado.
