SICAF 2015. The 19th Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival

SICAF is one of the leading festivals in Asia specialising in animation and cartoon films. Its purpose is to showcase Asia’s culture and potential and to explore the present and future of animated films all over the world. Established in 1995, it is held yearly. This year’s edition, the 19^th, has ‘Spring again’ as its theme and China as honorary guest country.

Through the mobility grants, AC/E is supporting the participation of Spanish animated film creators César Díaz Melendez, Sam Martí and Javier Longobardo.
