Semana Negra Gijón 2019

The XXXII edition of the Semana Negra deals with events and activities in which the novelties of the authors (around a hundred), national and international, of black novel, historical, CF and comic are invited to participate. It highlights the presence of authors of English writing that with an important trajectory in their countries of origin and that have just been published in Spain, like Steve Kavanagh, practitioner of the novel of lawyers and courts of justice, or Joseph Knox, whose first translated novel to Spanish "Sirenas", is one of the sensations of the season in Spain.

The activities and debates of the writers’ sessions will span many subjects. AC/ E's support to the festival, through the grants for Visitors, has facilitate the participation of the writers, journalists, critics and international publishers: Alexandra Ramírez (Festival Internacional de Historietas Viñetas con Altura, La Paz Bolivia), Jorge Luis Gantus Paradela (ElGantus, México) and José Gantoh (Calicomix).
