SEFF 2016. Seville European Film Festival

SEFF 2016. Seville European Film Festival

The aim of the festival is to promote and disseminate European films and it is an established meeting place for talented filmmakers, specialised journalists and sector professionals. It is committed to promoting young Spanish filmmakers and supporting Andalusian films and firmly believes that today more than ever a film festival must be useful to audiences, films and filmmakers. For nine days it brings together the industry, audiences and critics to view a selection of 200 of the best European films.

The 13th edition is structured into several competition sections with distribution prizes amounting to more than 125,000 euros and non-competition sections featuring tributes, cycles and retrospectives. The festival hosts further activities such as talks, exhibitions, concerts, master classes and debates, and workshops for industry professionals in order to encourage national and international networking.
