Round table: Four generations of female architects working abroad ...

Architecture has not been an easy profession for women, but from the beginning, a group of talented and courageous architects has pushed the limits and fought for recognition. Over the decades, these fearless professionals laid the foundation for today's talent, although women in architecture still face many challenges along their way.

Acción Cultural Española (AC / E) organizes in collaboration with the Directorate General for Urban Agenda and Architecture, a round table on November 10 at 6:00 p.m. at the Zurbano Palace in Madrid, in which four eminent Spanish architects will debate on the work and trajectory of women in architecture.

Carme Pinos, Fuensanta Nieto, Belinda Tato and María Langarita represent four generations of architects who work both inside and outside Spain and who have managed to break the glass ceiling and emerge victorious. In this talk, all of them will narrate their experience and delve into the important contributions in the field of architecture, either alone or in associated companies, that women have made in recent years.
