This festival is the largest in Latin America after Medellin (Colombia). The meeting, which has been carried in Rosario since 1993, aims to promote poetry and poets, recognize and publicize the cultural values of each country and deepen exchanges and dialogue on relevant aspects of the history, the literary tradition and the poetry of the participating countries.
Activities focus on two of the most important cultural centers of the city and expanded through several cultural entities as libraries, schools and community centers, thereby reaching a broad layer of the population. In addition to readings, debates are held, round tables, workshops and art activities related to poetry.
Through the first edition of the mobility program, AC / E supports the presence of Jordi Doce, poet, critic and translator, at the Festival.
