Since 1986, Romaeuropa Festival has grown constantly and is now recognised among one of the most important festivals in Italy and in Europe.
Romaeuropa has presented to its audience during these three decades the best of multidisciplinary contemporary creation such as Jan Fabre, Marina Abramovic, Bob Wilson and others. The sounds and artistic expression of five continents are the blend of an intense, aesthetic experience delivered in various venues for a period of over two months.
Romeuropa Festival works on multiple directions since its beginning: the presentation of the work of artists the festival has accompanied since the beginning in order to give an idea to the audience on the evolution of an artistic path, the opening to new generations of performers working on different languages and from this year the festival will open to young children and families following the same criteria of offering the best of contemporary creation tailor fitted for that kind of target.
AC/E supports the participation in the festival of the best cutting edge Spanish creation presenting Jesus Rubio Gamo with his peculiar dance language in an atipical "Bolero" among the top twenty list of the Aerowaves Network and Imaginart with "Sensacionalt" a proposal for the youngest with their families combining new technologies and performance for a ludic experience and intense experience in the first edition of a kids section in the Festival.
