Romaeuropa Festival 2018

La edición 2018 del Festival se centra en cómo enfrentarnos a los nuevos símbolos del siglo XXI, muros, barreras o recintos. Desde el año 2000, se han construido 70 muros en más de 40,000 km. El Festival Romaeuropa ha invitado a artistas de todo el mundo para que representen a través de su arte, historias que han marcado su imaginario sobre la globalización. "Kingdom" de Agrupacion Señor Serrano - Auditorio Musica per Roma - Sala Petrassi 25 y 26 de septiembre de 2018.
"Kingdom" sugiere la identificación entre el modelo de desarrollo capitalista y patriarcal y la figura de King Kong. A través de Kong y lo que él representa (virilidad, fuerza abrumadora, desconsideración, deseo, instinto, naturaleza salvaje), el espectáculo expone los mecanismos que actúan dentro del modelo económico y social del mundo occidental que nos llevan a las crisis cíclicas.
