PAD, or Displaced Artistic Practices, is an educational project which aims to encourage dialogue between creative artists from a number of different disciplines, debating the social, cultural and political context, artistic practice and their own creative endeavours. It also provides a forum for discussion and critical practice, and for developing socialisation techniques in the processes of research and artistic production.
Prácticas Artísticas Desplazadas, or PAD, has been devised as a seminar consisting of 6 modules which will be held for the first time at PAOS GDL from 14 August 2018 to 18 January 2019.
AC/E is sponsoring Ramón Mateos' participation in PAOS GDL, enabling him to present his project on 13 August as part of module 1 of this seminar.
