As part of the >> Bodies, un-protected << festival, Núria Güell presents Human Resources in which she questions structural inequality and exclusion. The project has been created in collaboration with the interns and employees of the JVA-IV in Frankfurt/Main. Several reintegration programs allow prisoners to work in public and private companies. Güell proposes to use this workforce for the benefit of the artistic institution. During the festival, prisoners bring their own experience of protection and defenselessness in video talks and written protocols. Raising questions as relevant to the theatrical institution as to the penitentiary institution.
