Malba Writers Residency 2024

Malba Writers Residency 2024

The Malba Writers Residency (REM) is an initiative of Malba Literature that has the collaboration of Ampersand as an institutional partner, the support of AC/E and the Cultural Patronage of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. The residency is aimed at writers and is established as a forum for exchange and literary creation based on the invitation to live five weeks in Buenos Aires, as part of their artistic and professional development. The objective of this agreement is to create a bridge with authors, editors and managers from Spain and Argentina, and deepen existing dialogues, as well as create new work and creation networks between both countries.

In addition to time and an appropriate space to work on their writing project, this Residency offers those selected to participate in various public activities around the specialty and the author's works, their writing and creation processes, as well as different days together with other colleagues and local organizations.
