Film festival showcasing, along one week, recent Spanish productions with most of the screenings accompanied by introductions and/or Q&As with filmmakers, actors, etc. The festival includes now a competition in which a non-Spanish London-based jury formed by five people from the film, arts and media industries will choose a Best Film.
The twelfth edition of the London Spanish Film Festival has in programme some 16 films recently produced in Spain or with a relevant Spanish element. Most of the screenings are introduced and/or followed by Q&As with directors, cast or relevant crew, who will be talking about their work in the film.
As from last year, there is a competition in which most of the films in programme will participate (only long feature films).
