Literary Europe Live is a series of events in India, managed by Literature Across Frontiers in cooperation with literary festivals, organisations, institutions and publishers.
Ten European emerging authors, including three Spanish authors, travel to India to participate in the January festival season. The project aims to present authors in the early stages of their literary career to an international audience and to promote high quality writing from different European countries.
AC/E supports the participation of three emerging authors from Spain in India as part of its Literary Europe Live project. Albert Forns, Kirmen Uribe and Maria Reimondez will be among the ten European authors taking part in a series of events during India’s literary festival season 2017 and representing the diversity of writing in today’s Spain and Europe. The young writers will attend some of the leading literary events across the Indian sub-continent: The Hindu Lit for Life Festival in Chennai, the Jaipur Literary Festival and Jaipur BookMark, Kolkata Literary Meet, Hyderabad Literature Festival and Kerala Literature Festival and meet Indian audiences, authors, publishers and media.
