Between October 4 and 6, the International Book Fair, LIBER 2023, turns Madrid into the great showcase of the Spanish-language book sector. Organized by IFEMA MADRID and promoted by the Federation of Editors' Guilds of Spain (FGEE), LIBER, this year registers significant growth that has been felt in all the parameters of the Fair and that reflects the dynamism of the publishing sector in Spanish. Last year, exports from the book sector returned to the path of growth after the difficulties derived from the pandemic, reaching 403 million euros, 347 of them coming from sales of the publishing sector. LIBER is one of the main showcases that the book world has to promote the presence of the Spanish industry in foreign markets.
