LEO,LEO 2017. Care Santos

The LEO, LEO Reading Animation Project is organized by the Malinc publishing house. Its main goal is to create a multicultural platform in which Slovene children aged 3 to 10 years without knowledge of Spanish are encouraged to read Spanish and Spanish-speaking authors in a playful way. Within the project they organize workshops with narrations in Spanish, readings in Slovenian and activities of animation to the reading, and the creation.

For this fifth edition of LEO, LEO, AC/E supports the visit of Care Santos, who has published with Malenc two books translated into Slovenian: "Mom is sold" and "Dad is sold". The two books have won a quality award for children's books "Pera de Oro". In addition to the Care Santos books there are scheduled readings by Juan Kruz Igerabide and Agustín Fernández Paz.
