Kerala Literature Festival is the first Lit Fest in Kerala and the one among the largest in India. Sessions include seminars, debates, interviews, shows and cultural performances. Apart from being a festival for literature lovers; it will also be a cultural extravaganza with the performances from world renowned artists.
The 5th edition of KLF is held from January 16th to 19th 2020 on the beaches of Kozhikode, Kerala – known as “God’s own country”. The Festival is planned in 5 parallel sessions including seminars, debates, interviews, cinema, shows and cultural performances. Apart from being a festival for literature lovers, it is a cultural extravaganza with performances from world renowned artists.
The focus theme of KLF 2020 is environment and climate change. KLF 2020 has Spain as the guest nation and the literature in focus is Tamil. AC/E is covering the travel expenses, through the PICE Mobility grants, of the Spanish guests invited to take part. Prolific writers, experts and performers from over 12 nations will be a part of the fifth edition of KLF. With the goal of reaching as broad an audience as possible and including them in the festival in many ways, KLF remains open to the public, non-exclusive and open platform for discussions and idea exchanges.
