JazzEñe 2018

Fundación SGAE, in collaboration with Zaragoza council and  Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) has organised the 6th edition of JazzEñe, an initiative aimed at internationalising Spanish jazz that will take part in Zaragoza from 4 to 6 October 2018.

During the three days it runs, a total of twelve 45-minute concerts in showcase format will be held in the Sala Luis Galve of Zaragoza’s auditorium (C/ Eduardo Ibarra, 3.

As well as the audiences, JazzEñe 2017 will be attended by representatives of various jazz festivals and promotors from all over the world, whom Fundación SGAE has invited to the event with the support of AC/E’s Programme for the Internationalisation of Spanish Culture (PICE) to show them the work of jazz composers based in our country:  Darinka Hvalec Ljubljana (Jazz Festival), Lauren Deutsch (Jazz Institute of Chicago), Maggie Pelleya (Miami Downtown Jazz Festival), Cyrille Obermüller (Leuven Jazz), Dominic Reilly (Dublin Jazz), Margarita Borisova (Jazz Plus), Leonidas Antonopoulos (Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival).
