The Ministry of Culture and Sports and Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) have presented this morning the sixth edition of MusaE. Music in the State Museums, a cycle of concerts curated by the Musical Youth of Spain that takes place throughout the network of state museums from tomorrow until December.
This project, the result of institutional collaboration between the Ministry of Culture and Sports and Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) since its first edition in 2015, offers a meeting between material and sound heritage and provides an opportunity for young performers to improve their training and the dissemination of their work. In the presentation, which took place at the National Museum of Romanticism in Madrid and which featured a performance by Chico Pérez, a young composer and pianist who covers styles from flamenco to jazz, the program for this 2022 edition was revealed.
The 16 state museums of the Ministry of Culture and Sport spread throughout the territory will host 48 concerts offered by sixty young performers.
