One year and three months have elapsed since El Valor de la Cultura held its first forum, this second edition of the conference, which takes place on October 19 and 20 at the Círculo de Bellas Artes with a face-to-face and a virtual part, is organized by the Ortega-Marañón Foundation, through the Laboratory of Creativity and Cultural Leadership, the communication consultancy Planner Media and the Círculo de Bellas Artes at a time when culture regains its capacity and the door to normality seems about to break open. More than 40 personalities will hold a conversation for two days, based on experience and passion, focused on how to take advantage of the current moment as a starting point for the renewal of arts and culture. Putting in the center the sum of value in society and institutions. Thinking creativity, internationalization and leadership as keys to change and renewal.
On the part of Acción Cultural Española, the director of Programming, Isabel Izquierdo, participates in a panel on the 20th at 11:30 am dedicated to the internationalization of culture together with Pilar García Velasco, director of Projects and Institutional Relations of the Círculo de Bellas; Artes Guzmán Palacios, Director of Cultural and Scientific Relations at AECID; Ernesto Pérez Zúñiga, deputy director of Culture of the Instituto Cervantes; Natalia Armijos, Director of Culture at OEI; and Antonia Blau, director of the Goethe Institute.
