The Ibero-American Design Biennial, established in 2007, is the most important event in Ibero-American contemporary design. It is a showcase for the best designs from the 22 Ibero-American countries and promotes a space for thought and discussion.
The Meeting Zone includes 35 activities that are open to everyone and feature prestigious guests from all over the world, who take part in roundtables and meetings for establishing dialogue and contact networks between professionals, students, companies and the general public interested in design. An international jury awards 16 prizes.
The sixth edition will take place from 21 to 25 November 2016 and the temporary exhibition will run at Central de Diseño at Matadero Madrid from 21 November 2016 to 10 January 2017.
Lectures, presentations, workshops, talks, roundtables and networking with design professionals, companies and students and the general public are scheduled for the first week of BID16. More info >
