Fraskito. Vientos del pueblo. Tribute to Miguel Hernandez

Among the events organized for Spain as Guest of Honor at the Frankfurt Book Fair, AC/E organizes the Fraskito flamenco concert on the afternoon of October 19 and 20.

Guitarist and singer Fraskito brings flamenco to life. Self-taught and author of his music and his verses, he chose the guitar from a very young age, to which he endows great creative force, thus giving new wings to flamenco. He writes that he wants to invite us to participate in the magic of his emotional world. He sees himself as a boy who launches into life with the guitar in front of him as a flag and knows how much a song can influence a person's career. His album Vientos del pueblo is a tribute to the important Spanish poet and playwright Miguel Hernández (1910-1942), who himself became a goatherd because he was the son of a goatherd. As a student, he learned to love the great literature of the Spanish Baroque and became an important poet in the Spanish struggle for freedom with the volume 'Viento del pueblo' (1937).
