Fundación SGAE is holding the first event of this kind – an initiative that combines the staging of concerts with professional meetings. Its aims are to directly promote the flamenco created in our country, to provide incentives for featuring flamenco groups in festival programmes, to encourage international tours, and to foster meetings and the exchange of experiences and knowledge between sector professionals in Spain and the rest of Europe. This first edition involves the collaboration of Acción Cultural Española, which is supporting the presence of international programmers by awarding Visitor grants through its Programme for the Internationalisation of Spanish Culture.
