FIPR 2018. Rosario International Poetry Festival

FIPR 2018. Rosario International Poetry Festival

This is the twenty-sixth edition of FIPR which, in addition to highlighting the linguistic, geographical and aesthetic plurality as one of its constant themes, it will be searching for new trends in poetry by poets born in the 1980’s and 1990's. AC/E is supporting participation by the poet Camino Román Álvarez.

FIPR is one of the most significant events, within this speciality, to be held in Argentina, and is one of the oldest and most highly-rated in Latin America. Around 40 local and international poets from around the world are invited each year. The programme includes public readings in halls, schools, libraries, bars, culture centres, detention centres and outdoors, debates, conferences, poetry fair, free workshops, radio interviews and a hall of residence for young poets, etc.
