AC/E facilitates, through the PICE visitors' grants, the participation of professionals and international photography experts in the professional meeting: "Good practices in the photography sector" which takes place on Saturday, October 26, 2019 between 11:30 - 13: 00h in the Auditorium of Sala El Águila (Calle Ramírez de Prado, 3, Madrid).
During the meeting, the problems that professionally affect the photography sector such as accessibility, labor relations and equality will be addressed. It will be attended by professionals from public institutions (Museums, Foundations, Festivals, Universities), private institutions (galleries, publishers, bookstores, schools ...), agencies, advertising or commercial sector and media.
Fiebre Photobook is a platform around the photobook since December 2013. It is the first and only festival in Spain that focuses entirely on the photobook, with a varied program of workshops, exhibitions, book fair, bookjockeys and other activities related to the photobook.
Fiebre Photobook made its first appearance in the heart of Blank Paper School of Madrid, resulting of the need to create connections between independent and consolidated publishers, emerging and more experienced authors and media professionals such as curators, editors or technicians. Always with the idea of generating new networks and expanding to the public.
