Festival Nrmal 2016

Festival Nrmal 2016

Since starting out in 2010, Festival Nrmal has concentrated on presenting a music programme with a focus on the power and quality of live concerts.

With the support of AC/E, two complementary collaborative activities are being carried out involving the exhibition Cara-B/Nrmal VISUAL and the participation of Cara-B in NODO as part of the programme for professionals.   Cara-B/Nrmal VISUAL explores the visual imagery of Spanish indie and underground music culture in Mexico, while promoting Spanish artists actively involved in the visual conception of the independent music scene.

The second part of this collaboration consists of the participation of the directors of the festival Cara-B in NODO, Nrmal’s professional programme. This collaboration between the Cara-B festival of Barcelona and Nrmal of Mexico DF is designed to foster the internationalisation of Spanish music and music-related visual and audiovisual creation as well as to include Cara-B in networks of international professionals, by building cultural bridges between Spain and Latin America.
