Festival Mixtur and the Centro Mexicano para la Música y las Artes Sonoras (CMMAS) are joining forces to further their common goals and boost their internationalisation through the presence of Mixtur at the CMMAS for 13 days. During this time several activities will be carried out with a focus on fostering artistic development and on disseminating the work of Spaniards and Mexicans in music and sound art with new technologies and establishing lasting connections.
From March 30 to April 9, 2017 in the headquarters in Fabra i Coats-Factory of Creació and other spaces of Barcelona, Mixtur 2017 draws a circuit of collaborations with important institutions and programmers. This new edition includes concerts, pedagogical workshops, round tables and facilities, offering diverse, accessible programming, an important part of which comes from an international open call.
