This third edition of the Festival exposes the latest findings of Latin American musicology by specialists from Latin America, Italy and Spain. On Tuesday October 30 Manuel Vilas offers a conference-concert entitled "The Harp of Huachacalla" at the Museum of Pre-Columbian and Indigenous Art and on Thursday, November 1, at this same museum, the soprano Rocío de Frutos gives a recital in Latin and Quechua "Taytay Kaypiñan Kani accompanied to the harp by maestro Vilas.
