AC/E supports, through the PICE Mobility grants, this concert of Fátima Miranda at the Estudio Theater (Teatro Mayor) of Bogotá on March 12 at 8:00 pm, within the Spain-Colombia Culture Focus. The artist presents a concert-performance in which a single voice in symbiosis with a very important and refined poetic component, gestural, visual, dramatic and humorous, is capable of moving to the deepest. Thanks to this wealth and the strong scenic strength of Fátima Miranda, the repertoire of its concerts can be adapted to very diverse contexts and spaces (music, contemporary art, theater, performance, video-art, sound installations, sound poetry, East-West, Mediterranean culture, world music, improvised music, a capella singing in churches, museums, art galleries, etc.) as well as updated with his most recent works.
Ciclo Nova is a program dedicated to different currents of contemporary music, improvised, avant-garde, musical theater and sound art.
This cycle aims to continue presenting - under a common denominator - the concerts that Nova et Vetera has been developing since 2013 in Colombia with composers such as John Zorn and Ryoji Ikeda.
