DocsDF. International Documentary Film Festival of Mexico City

Since its establishment in 2006, the International Documentary Film Festival of Mexico City (DocsDF) has been held annually with the aim of promoting and disseminating the contemporary documentary film sector, fostering the training of new filmmakers and encouraging the creation and development of documentary projects in Mexico and Latin America.
Owing to the success achieved in 2012 with Latin Side of the Doc-Mexico and the First Ibero-American Producers’ Forum, DocsDF, now in its 8th year, is featuring as part of DocsForum a programme focusing on the industry, training and the professionalisation of documentary cinema.

DocsForum aims to secure a reputation as a work platform offering a field of opportunities geared to the development of projects requiring funding, the market for the sale and distribution of finished projects, meetings between producers and decision makers and the international coproduction of this genre of films.

AC/E is collaborating with DocsDF by supporting the participation of Eduardo GuillotMarta Andreu, Elena Vilardell and Arturo Cisneros.  in DocsForum.
