DEVOUR! Social Cannibalism, political redefinition and architecture

Devour! Social Cannibalism, Political Redefinition and Architecture is a research project that brings together artworks and the work of architects, curators and various groups. It is designed to explain and present, from an interdisciplinary approach, how urban and architectural complexes were built as the result of a process that can be described as cultural and social cannibalism. Through their works, architects and artists from several countries analyse political changes, wars, social movements and anarchic actions in Eastern Europe and the Balkans through their architecture, presenting various examples of town planning.

The artists taking part in the project include Jordi Colomer, who has benefitted from the PICE mobility grants.
