Cumplicidades 2016, Festival Internacional de Danza Contemporánea de Lisboa

Cumplicidades, Lisbon’s international contemporary dance festival, is devoted to dance, thought and meetings between artists, culture professionals and audiences of contemporary art and dance. Its main purpose is to support and showcase Portuguese and foreign artists, giving clear priority to talented up-and-coming artists and focusing on the principles of reinvention and diversity. As well as Portuguese creators, the 2016 edition will feature many international participants through a project for cooperation with various Mediterranean countries: Spain, Morocco, Egypt, France and Algeria. With the support of AC/E Spanish artistic director and dancer Abraham Urtado is taking part in the Moving Latitudes international conference held in connection with the festival.
