Classical:NEXT is the global networking and exchange center dedicated exclusively to classical and art music, for all professionals: artists, managers, presenters, orchestras, labels, educators, press, media, publishers and more. The programming consists of an interactive conference, project launches, exhibition concerts, exhibition, innovation award and networking. More than 1,000 professionals from more than 45 countries around the world participate annually.
AC/E collaborates in the MADE IN SPAIN project, a collaboration between Acción Cultural Española (AC/E), the Ministry of Culture and Sports and three of the most representative classical music institutions in Spain —AEOS (Spanish Association of Symphony Orchestras) , FestClásica (Spanish Association of Classical Music Festivals) and GEMA (Association of Early Music Ensembles of Spain)— with the aim of promoting Spanish classical music in all its different fields (symphony orchestras, festivals, early music ensembles, young musicians and media).
This joint initiative wants to present and represent the Spanish classical music sector under a common national brand in an International Fair. Its main objective is to promote the presence of established and emerging Spanish artists on the international scene, as well as to show the great variety and quality of musical offerings, heritage and festivals in Spain.
