Mabel Lozano’s documentary entitled Chicas Nuevas 24 Horas (New girls 24 hours) is designed to be an effective vehicle for conveying a forceful message with a massive impact. The distribution and circulation of the documentary will be based on the infrastructure of several state institutions with active programmes for combating this social problem.
The film will be dubbed in Guarani, the language spoken by 80% of Paraguay’s population, as well as in Spanish. This will ensure its mass dissemination and direct impact on decreasing cases of people trafficking originating from this country.
