The Bogota Film Festival began in 1984 and since then it has always been known internationally for its quality. It is the youngest and most important film festival in the city. In 2018 it celebrates its fourth edition and has the participation of 34 countries from 5 continents, 60 films and more than 30 invited professionals.
AC/E supports the participation of Spanish film producer Silvia Iturbe of Látido Films in the activities programmed within the Spain-Colombia Culture Focus 2018/2019. Among this programme is a sample of the best films of the new Spanish cinema, together with the San Sebastian Festival, a retrospective of their better titles, two young guest programmers and a delegation of films and professionals from the Spanish industry so they can show their latest work to the Colombian public.
