The Bogota Audiovisual Market (BAM) is Colombia’s most important audiovisual market, organized by the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and Proimagenes Colombia with support from the Film Development Fund (FDC).
BAM has become a can’t-miss event for the Colombian audiovisual industry, striving to publicize Colombia’s wide offering of completed films, films in post-production, projects in development, and audiovisual production services. It’s an opportunity for audiovisual industry players to network and forge new business partnerships. In addition to Colombian participants, BAM hosts well-known international guests with the desire and capability to broker agreements, partnerships, and business deals.
The Market is also a key arena for professional development. Through academic activities and networking spaces, BAM has helped participants improve the quality of their projects, strengthen their negotiating skills, learn about the latest trends in content marketing and distribution, and complete their projects through national and international co-production agreements.
Thanks to the Foco Cultura España Colombia, these are the five Spanish projects selected to be part of the BAM this year: "El Inconveniente" by La Claqueta,"El Profesor" by Gonita Filmación, "La cancion pop" by Zentropa Internacional, "La flota de indias" by Inicia Films and "Libertad" by Lastor Media.
