ARCOmadrid 2023. International Contemporary Art Fair

ARCOmadrid is the international contemporary art fair in Spain which, since 1982, has been one of the main platforms for the art market, and an essential part of the international circuit for the promotion and dissemination of artistic creation.

In 2023 it will celebrate its 42nd edition with the Mediterranean as its central project. The program, `Mediterranean: a round sea', curated by Marina Fokidis, and with the advice of Bouchra Khalili, Hila Peleg and Pedro G. Romero, will revolve around the artistic scenes of the countries that surround this sea, from the south north and from coast to coast. In addition, ARCOmadrid 2023 will maintain the usual programs. In this way, the artistic contents are completed with the General Program as the main axis of the Fair, formed by galleries selected by the Organizing Committee, as well as the `Opening´ sections, curated by Julia Morandeira and Yina Jiménez, where young galleries are presented and `Never the Same.

AC/E collaborates by supporting the presence of international programmers so that they can get to know the most current Spanish art market first-hand and thus promote our artists on the international circuit.
