Almagro International Classical Theatre Festival 2018

As in previous years, Almagro International Classical Theatre Festival brings, with AC/E's support, theatre managers from Latin America and Europe to create networks with Spanish creators in order to foster the internationalisation of Spanish Theatres, encourage exchanges, and promote Spanish plays and playwrights abroad.

The 41th edition of the festival will allow this international managers  attend the various shows that are part of the official programme as well as those featured in the international children’s Baroque competition and the 6th Almagro Off competition.

The theatre Managers invited are:

- Marion Potts, Australian Council and Shakespeare Bell Company.

- Carlos José Reyes, Academia Colombiana de Historia and Academia Colombiana de la Lengua (Bogota).

- Norbert Rakowski. Director Opole Theatre (Poland)

- Lembit Peterson. Director of THEATRUM.

- Karl Hegemann (Volksbühne Berlín).
