The exhibition presents a series of photos by renowned photographers; plans and drawings; models of his landmark buildings; personal items and a multimedia section including two documentaries (Una biografía (A Biography) and Aquella primavera creadora… (That Creative Springtime)); fragments of films which feature works by Candela (Nostradamus, 1959, Spiritism, 1961, Sí quiero, 1965, Solo para ti, 1966, Domingo salvaje, 1966, Cuernavaca en primavera, 1965, Cross of Love, 1969); and a number of 3-D reconstructions of buildings, contextualized through their geographical locations and information about Candela's influences and his subsequent impact.

This book is a journey through the life story of the architect and his work. It includes a large number of photographs of his work and his life. Felix Candela, born in Spain, was exiled after the Spanish civil war (1936-1939). He was hosted by Lazaro Cardenas and the Mexican people, who gave him the opportunity to develop his work in freedom. In America he remade his personal and professional life.
