31st Annual Festival Flamenco Internacional de Alburquerque 2018

For the 31st Annual Festival Flamenco Internacional de Alburquerque, the National Institute of Flamenco will bring over 50 flamenco artists from Spain to Albuquerque, New Mexico. This festival facilitates exchanges between among New Mexican, national, and international networks as well as ensures that the development of this art form in the United States is continually guided by the best, most authentic Spanish flamenco artists in the field.

AC/E supports the participation of world-renowned flamenco companies Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía; Daniel Doña y Compañía; Lucía La Piñona y Compañía; Alfonso Losa y Compañía; y Mercedes Ruiz y Compañía who will teach 35 Festival workshop classes, headline in three Festival nightly performances, and perform at Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque, exposing American audiences to the finest Spanish flamenco artists in the world.
