The Vélez Blanco (Almería) Renaissance and Baroque Music Festival has been held continuously for 19 years. This year 2020, due to the circumstances derived from the COVID19, it could not be held on the date or with the planned schedule. With the aim of recovering some spaces dedicated to Renaissance and Baroque music, they have organized a series of concerts in August with their sights set on the 20th anniversary of the Festival that we will celebrate in 2021.
The organization of these concerts, which have the support of AC/E, has followed the line drawn by other editions of the Festival, with a quality program in which groups and soloists of proven track record participate, and which intends to continue making known the rich Spanish musical heritage.
