2018 Entreviñetas Comic and Illustration Festival

Within the framework of the “Foco Cultura España-Colombia” (Spanish / Colombian Culture Spotlight), AC/E has  programmed several activities at the festival with participation by Spanish artists  Toni Mascaró, Rubén Romero, Ana Penyas, Nicolas Castell, Álvaro Ortiz, José Jajaja, Ricardo Cavolo, Los Bravú and Enrique Bordes, just to name some. 

Since 2010 this Festival has become the most significant narrative graphics event (comic, graphic novels, albums and drawings) in Colombia, and one of the most influential in its field in Latin America. The Festival promotes reading, the alternative publishing sector and creative dialogue through a well-designed programme to be held in Medellín, Bogotá Cali and Cartagena de Indias.


Programme
Programa 1: Mercado editorial y encuentros profesionales iberoamericanos (Bogotá). 25 al 30 de septiembre 2018. Participante español: Rubén Romero (Fosfatina ediciones)
Programa 2: Seminario el guión en el cómic (Bogotá). Del 25 al 27 de septiembre 2018. Participante español: Gerardo Vilches que presenta su libro “El guión en el cómic” editado por la Editorial Diminuta .
Programa 3: Habilitar mis historias (Bogotá-Medellín). 13-30 septiembre 2018. Participantes españoles: Ana Penyas (Medellín/Bogotá, del 7 al 30 de septiembre) y Nicolas Castell (Bogotá, del 25 al 30 de septiembre).
Programa 4: La Linterna. Residencia de producción de carteles. (Cali). 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre de 2018 en Cali. Participante español: Álvaro Ortiz. 
Programa 5: de Zaragoza al Caribe: versiones de un Quijote. (Cartagena-Medellín). 5 de enero al 25 de febrero de 2019. Convocatoria abierta de residencia para un autor español.
Programa 6: ciudad imaginada. Reflexiones prácticas del cómic y la ciudad (Medellín). 5 abril – 5 mayo 2019. Participantes españoles: José Quintanar (del 4 al 12 de mayo), Ricardo Cavolo (del 4 al 12 de mayo), Los Bravú (2 personas, del 12 de abril al 12 de mayo) y Enrique Bordes (del 4 al 12 de mayo).
